See more about our PA offices at: Wellwithtlc.com Join Us in Building Something Meaningful TLC Wellness is expanding to North Carolina, and we're looking for a full-time, fully licensed outpatient therapist to join our founding clinical team in Concord. As part of The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, TLC Wellness is an insurance based outpatient behavioral health practice committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. It's an opportunity to help shape a growing practice while providing high-quality care within a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Summary The Outpatient Therapist provides evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Caseloads will be developed based on each clinician's experience, interests, and areas of specialty, allowing providers to practice within their strengths while meeting community needs. Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within the context of outpatient therapy. Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy. Monitor client progress and modify treatment as clinically indicated. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaboration Coordinate care with families, physicians, schools, and community providers when appropriate. Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development. Growth & Development Contribute ideas for new programming and specialty services. Participate in community outreach and relationship building. Help shape the culture and future growth of the Charlotte practice. Qualifications Required Master's degree in a behavioral health field. Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy. Preferred Experience with children, adolescents, and families. Specialty interests in trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, eating disorders, family therapy, or other evidence-based areas. What We Offer Full & part-time positions.
