Are you a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a part-time opportunity where your work truly matters?

We are seeking a Part-Time RBT to join our interdisciplinary team and provide high-quality, child-centered behavioral support in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–2:00 PM
25 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Support children in developing communication, social, play, behavior regulation, and adaptive living skills
  • Collect and document accurate session data
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
  • Follow all clinical and ethical guidelines related to service delivery

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, professional, and coachable
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
