• Facility Size: 117-bed hospital | 20 ICU beds

• Contract Type: Locum Tenens – Hospitalist Physician (MD/DO)

• Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Swing Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Team Structure:

  • Days: 5 MDs / 2 APPs

  • Nights: 1 MD / 1 APP

• Patient Census:

  • Total Census: 85–100 patients

  • Average Day Admits: 18–20

  • Average Night Admits: 12–13

• ICU: Open | No procedures required

• Call: None

Candidate Requirements

• License: Active North Carolina Medical License & DEA/CSR

• Board Status: Board Certified/Board Eligible – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Certifications: ACLS/BLS (American Heart Association)

• Experience:

  • Comfortable running codes and participating on the Rapid Response team

  • Prior Hospitalist experience preferred

• Family Medicine-trained physicians accepted
