We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure our equipment and facilities operate safely and at peak performance. In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to expert for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Emergency Response: Act as the first line of defense by responding swiftly to emergency maintenance calls from management, resolving repair issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine and preventive maintenance across machines, equipment, and facility grounds. Technical Troubleshooting: Interpret equipment manuals and technical work orders to carry out precise servicing. Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, test functionality, and make necessary adjustments. Multidisciplinary Expertise: Utilize a broad range of mechanic skills to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Facility Upkeep: Handle general facility maintenance, including a variety of plumbing and carpentry functions. Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate an array of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. Quality Control: Identify and report faulty operations, defective materials, or any unusual situations to management immediately. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations while carrying out duties. Workspace Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Administration: Maintain accurate logs of day-to-day maintenance activities and meticulously manage expense reports (including equipment purchases, gas receipts, etc.). Qualifications & Requirements Driving Record: Must possess a clean, valid driver’s license. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred). Experience: 2+ years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience (Preferred). Position Type & Schedule Status: Full-time position. Hours: Requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week. Travel: Travel is required for this role. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive pay based on your level of experience.
