Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up production equipment and materials before shoots or events.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with various departments to ensure timely execution of production tasks.
• Support the production team by managing logistics such as transportation and site setup.
• Help maintain a clean, organized production environment studio or on-location.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of production supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, media, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several duties simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
