At Your Service Agent

Le Méridien Charlotte and Sheraton Charlotte Hotel are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of At Your Service Agent to join our team at our StepStone Hospitality-managed hotels.

As an At Your Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests, answering calls, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays are required. PM Shift

The responsibilities of the At Your Service Agent include but are not limited to:

  • Answer guest calls and respond to questions and requests.
  • Accurately record and communicate guest requests to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
  • Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and hours of operation.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records using hotel systems.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and hotel team members.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Support a positive guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
