This role will lead our client lobby experience and is responsible for a variety of tasks including those listed below:   Key Roles/Responsibilities: Successfully onboard new relationships. Provide exceptional service to clients and associates. Provide sales, processing, operational and administrative support to Client Advisors. Manage daily client interaction/requests (phone, letters, and email). Work with Client Advisors and other departments to monitor fraud.  Responsibility Details: Serve as a first line of contact for existing clients assisting with general account or servicing requests including funds transfers, wire requests, account inquiries, payments, etc. Work with Client Advisors to welcome onboarding of new clients, as well as obtain necessary information for new or additional client accounts as needed. Providing excellent client service with the ability to stay positive in interactions with clients and fellow associates. Welcome on-site visitors as well as answer calls and emails, determine nature of business, and refer to the appropriate associate if the need cannot be resolved in the lobby. Processing account transactions effectively: Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions, verify cash and endorsements, receive proper identification for cash back and issue receipts of deposit. Examine checks deposited and determine proper funds availability based upon regulation requirements and complete hold notices. Process savings withdrawals; cash checks (verify endorsement, receive proper identification and ensure validity). Review daily, any NSF’s for supported Client Advisors. Work with Client Advisors to clear document exceptions as needed. Work with other departments as needed to monitor for irregular account activity, safety of client assets, client servicing needs, etc. Keeping the lobby and reception area in a neat and organized appearance for our guests. Building great rapport with Oakworth clients.
