We are searching for a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our service department, coordinating repairs, communicating timelines, and delivering a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment/heavy-duty background preferred.Â

Compensation
- $50,000-$55,000 base salary plus commission (based on experience)
- Full-time, weekday schedule, No nights or weekends!
- Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance (effective the 1st of the month after 30 days)

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, act as liaison between customers and the dealership
- Schedule appointments and prepare estimates, CDK/Intellidealer experience helpful
- Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications
- Create, update, and document repair/work orders accurately
- Maintain strong customer relationships, drive retention and referrals
- Proactively update customers on status, estimate changes, and pickup timing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous service writing/advisor experience required
- Heavy-duty/heavy equipment experience preferred
- Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and efficiency skills
