The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team delivers comprehensive inpatient and ambulatory rehabilitation care for patients recovering from complex medical, neurological, and functional conditions across adult and pediatric populations. Our multidisciplinary care model emphasizes evidence-based practice, continuity of care, and close collaboration between APPs, physicians, therapy teams, nursing, and care coordination partners.

About the Opportunity
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, day schedule
• Hybrid inpatient and ambulatory role supporting a diverse PM&R patient population
• Practice located in center city Charlotte
• APPs partner closely with physicians in daily rounding, functional assessments, care planning, and care coordination
• Join a collegial, well-supported practice
• Strong interdisciplinary care model with therapy, nursing, case management, and specialty providers


Ideal Candidate
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• PM&R experience preferred; backgrounds in rehabilitation, hospital medicine, neurology, internal medicine, or acute care are highly valued
• Active prescriptive authority and DEA license
• Ability to practice both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care across the lifespan
