Pay Range
$33.05 - $49.60Major Responsibilities
- Oversees all training functions of the SP workforce (80-120 individuals) including onboarding, role portrayal training, and assessment requirements.
- Collaborates with education and content experts to develop, implement, and evaluate SP specific curriculum. Ensuring simulation best practices are followed and SPs are advocated for.
- Facilitates SP events, ensuring quality of portrayals by actors, providing real-time feedback as appropriate, and leading post event SP debriefs.
- Assist simulation team with hybrid sessions by supporting SPs and collaborate with SP Coordinator to ensure events are efficient and successful.
- Ensures that simulation needs are addressed including supporting gaps in SP coverage as appropriate. This may include acting as a simulated participant in a simulation.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, simulation, or theatre performance/technical or communication degree preferred

Work Experience
Two years of experience as a simulated participant in healthcare simulation
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable with a range of virtual platforms and Microsoft Office products.
Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Time management and organization will be essential in this role.
Ability to mentor others
Ability to work independently and in complex team situations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
Able to work a flexible schedule that occasionally includes evening and weekend assignments
This position requires some lifting to 25 lbs, walking, and standing
