Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in supporting efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, staging, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role directly supports project execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

•Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer and project orders for shipment.

•Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

•Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when properly trained and certified.

•Verify materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.

•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

•Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse best practices.

•Assist with additional warehouse duties and operational priorities as needed.

Inventory Management

•Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity, accuracy, and condition.

•Properly store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

•Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.

•Report damaged materials, shortages, and inventory discrepancies promptly.

•Help maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage locations.

Shipping & Receiving

•Prepare shipments in accordance with company procedures.

•Label, package, and secure materials for transportation.

•Assist with loading outbound shipments.

•Unload, inspect, and document incoming deliveries.

•Communicate shipping and receiving issues to Operations leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications

•Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.

•Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required.

•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

•Forklift experience or certification is a plus; training may be provided as required.

Working Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring regular movement, material handling, and interaction with warehouse equipment and inventory. The Warehouse Associate must be able to maintain a high level of safety, accuracy, and productivity throughout the workday.
