Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate roofing material and equipment pickup and delivery to and from job site as required.
• Fulfill load list and inventory requests.
• Perform maintenance and repair of roofing equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles.
• Understand proper use of vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools.
• Follow safe work practices in the warehouse and at the job site.
• Maintain safe and clean warehouse and grounds.
• Perform basic facility maintenance for all building on site.
• Perform basic landscape maintenance (e.g. mow lawn, trim bushes).
• Other activities as needed.
