Overview:

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Executive - Clinical Services.

OverviewĀ 

The Account Executive for Infusion Services is responsible for executing sales strategies to increase and promote awareness of home health, hospice and infusion services. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations to support sustainable growth.

DescriptionĀ 

Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.Ā

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • CRM ManagementĀ 

  • Customer acquisition analysis and lead generationĀ 

  • Sales Pipeline ManagementĀ 

  • Negotiation and closingĀ 

  • Follow up and account managementĀ 

  • Reporting and forecastingĀ 

  • Market and product knowledgeĀ 

  • Referral volume managementĀ 

  • Collaboration with internal teamsĀ 

Anticipated Status/Shift:

Full Time (40 hours/week)

Position Requirements:

EducationĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)Ā 
  • RN Diploma (Required)

Ā 

Certification/LicensureĀ 

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License (Strongly Preferred)

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (Preferred)

  • Basic Life Support Certification (Required within 90 days of hire)

ExperienceĀ 

  • 2 years Clinical Nursing experience (Required)Ā 

  • 3 years customer service experience (Required)Ā 

  • Prior Sales experience (Preferred)

  • Prior Home Infusion experience (Preferred)
