Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is accurate Verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are applied correctly Resolve discrepancies between customer payments and invoices Work with other departments to resolve billing issues or disputes Reconcile customer accounts as needed Work closely with collection agency; maintain accurate records relating to collections Collections and follow-up, contact clients with past-due accounts Assist with month end and year end projects as needed Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to account receivable activities Working Conditions Full-Time Remote/In-Office/Hybrid work environment Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Prolonged computer and phone use Work is primarily performed during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.
