Position Details

- Shift: Day Shift
- Status: Full-Time
- Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Essential Functions

Provide compassionate basic nursing and personal care to residents
Assist with mobility, transfers, toileting, dressing, feeding, and bathing
Transport residents to and from dining and activity areas
Take and record vital signs
Assist with range-of-motion exercises
Maintain resident rooms, clothing, and personal belongings
Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
Follow proper infection control, PPE, and safety procedures
Provide post-mortem care when needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care
