Company Mission: Rhoback is a community of passionate and motivated people looking to generate positivity, bring people together, and inspire activity by creating high quality products and engaging content for those who seek inspiration, motivation, and connection with a #craveactivity mentality.Â
The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will review marketing ads live across our paid channels, monitor and optimize campaign performance, manage our creative and vendor partners, and keep the ad request pipeline flowing. You will report directly to our media and analytics lead and work hand in hand with the rest of the marketing team. The role will provide real ownership of a high-volume, multi-channel paid media program.Â
Â
What You’ll Do
- Build, upload, and quality analysis ads across our paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others), including naming conventions, tracking parameters, and launch checks
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimizations: budget shifts, bid adjustments, creative rotations, audience refinements, and pausing what isn’t working
- Report on performance against spend and efficiency targets, and flag trends, wins , and problems early
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our creative, agency, and media vendors: briefing work, tracking deliverables, and keeping timelines on track
- Own the ad request process: identify creative needs based on account performance, submit requests, and shepherd assets from brief to live
- Keep our creative asset library organized so the right ads are easy to find, in the right specs, for the right channel
- Support campaign launches around product drops, sales, and seasonal moments
- Help document and improve our media buying workflows as we grow
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience buying or managing paid media, ideally in-platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager)
- Experience making performance-based optimization decisions and an understanding of core paid media metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM)
- Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail—naming conventions and QA checklists don’t bore you, they satisfy you
- Clear, proactive communicator who’s comfortable following up with vendors and keeping multiple projects moving at once
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and confident working with performance data
- A self-starter mentality: you spot what needs doing and do it
- Bonus: experience at a DTC or e-commerce brand, familiarity with Shopify, or exposure to creative production workflows
Â
What Success Looks Like
- Ads are launching on time, in spec, and QA’d clean — no broken links, wrong UTMs, or missed naming conventions
- You're monitoring performance daily and making smart optimizations without being asked — budgets are in the right places and underperforming creative gets rotated out
- The creative pipeline is healthy: requests are in before assets run stale, vendors know what's needed and when, and nothing is waiting on you
- Leadership and the broader team have clear visibility into what's running, what's working, and what you're watching
- You've built a reputation as the person who keeps things moving — organized, dependable, and always a step ahead
Â
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a paid media or digital marketing role, with direct experience managing ad accounts in Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads Manager
