The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Administrator who will manage and improve our core business applications, including NetSuite, Celigo integrations, and retail systems such as Shopify. This role supports critical teams across the company—Planning, Accounting/Finance, Operations, Retail, and CX—ensuring systems run smoothly, data flows consistently, and technology enables our rapid growth.
Ideal candidates have experience in apparel or consumer goods and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
 NetSuite Administration
- Administer NetSuite including user creation, roles, permissions, and audits.
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot errors and resolve transaction, record, posting, and configuration issues.
- Support new feature rollout during NetSuite release cycles.
- Recommend and implement improvements to processes, data flows, and system configuration.
Integrations & Automation (Celigo Preferred)
- Implement, manage and monitor Celigo flows across NetSuite, Shopify, PLM, 3PLs, Repspark and other systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatches, and sync delays.
- Build or modify Celigo flows to support new business needs or system changes.
- Collaborate with technical and business partners on integration mapping and requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
Retail & E‑Commerce Systems (Shopify Preferred)
- Support Shopify POS backend configuration and daily operational workflows.
- Ensure accurate syncing of product, item setup, order, and inventory data between Shopify and NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies or sync issues and ensure smooth order lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Planning on item setup, inventory workflows, and reporting tools.
- Partner with Accounting on month-end close, reconciliation issues, and financial data integrity.
- Support Operations, Retail, Marketing, and CX by translating business needs into system solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support for system processes and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable system improvements.
- Recommend new tools, integrations, or workflows to support business growth.
- Maintain documentation, mapping, SOPs, release testing plans, and training materials.
- Lead testing and validation when introducing new integrations or enhancements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.Â

What We’re Looking For
 Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, operations systems, or application administration.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite Administration (SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, workflows).
- Experience managing or supporting integrations, ideally with Celigo.
- Experience with Shopify or similar retail/e‑commerce platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across data, integrations, and system workflows.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and explaining technical details to non-technical partners.
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience at an apparel brand or retail/consumer products company.
- Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Centric).
- Experience with 3PL integrations and logistics workflows.
- Location: Charlottesville, VA.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, or equivalent practical experience.
