Front Desk Agent - Full Time


Join our prestigious luxury resort team as a Front Desk Agent, where your exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor will create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and providing outstanding service throughout each guest's stay.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude upon arrival and departure

- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services

- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Uphold the resort’s standards of excellence and ensure a welcoming environment
