We also build dedicated administrative time into the schedule (1 hour per 8-hour shift) so therapists can complete documentation and care coordination without taking work home.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Charlottesville, VA, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

About the Job:
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work within a collaborative primary care clinic alongside medical providers and an interdisciplinary care team to support musculoskeletal health, movement, and long-term wellness.
Our model allows you to focus on patient outcomes, prevention, and education while building strong patient relationships.
We welcome new graduates and offer a structured mentorship program to support early-career therapists

What You’ll Do
Conduct musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions and patient education
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and clinical quality metrics
What You’ll Bring
Education: Graduate of a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Licensure: Current license or eligibility to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
Experience: One year of outpatient experience preferred, or entry through the CareATC mentorship program
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and patient engagement abilities
