Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on tackling challenges? We're looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join Piedmont Facilities Management!

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18.00–$35.00 per hour, with the starting rate determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.

What You'll Do:

Keep our buildings in peak condition with top-notch preventive maintenance.
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Inspect and maintain building exteriors to ensure everything looks and functions perfectly.
Document your work meticulously and keep accurate records.
Conduct routine inspections and nip potential problems in the bud.
Collaborate with a fantastic team and subcontractors on projects.

What You Bring:

Willingness to learn and try hard
Trade skills like a commercial handyman.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Solid knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
Ability to read manuals and find technical info online.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
A commitment to safety that’s second to none.
Clear and effective communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).
