Job Title: In-Room Dining Server
Location: Boar’s Head Resort – Charlottesville, VA

Position Overview:
As an In-Room Dining Server, you will represent Boar’s Head Resort by providing personalized, attentive service to guests who prefer to enjoy their meals in-room. This role requires a polished presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to uphold both Forbes and resort service standards. You will be responsible for preparing trays and carts, delivering orders promptly, and ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver meals and beverages from The Mill Room to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
     
  • Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and Boar’s Head Resort policies at all times
     
  • Present meals with attention to detail, ensuring proper set-up and guest satisfaction
     
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the in-room dining area and equipment
     
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries with efficiency, courtesy, and discretion
     
  • Communicate guest feedback or concerns promptly to supervisors
     
  • Support the broader food & beverage team as needed
