Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Overview: The Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades works directly with our existing service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities and deliver a seamless, personalized buying experience. This role is designed for a self-sufficient sales professional who wants more control, better work-life balance, and access to warm, qualified opportunities—no cold calling required.

Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Responsibilities

Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade and equity opportunities
Engage customers in the service drive and present personalized solutions
Structure deals that create value for the customer, dealership, and lender
Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven success in automotive sales (1+ year preferred)
Strong understanding of deal structure, lender expectations, and customer needs
Ability to work independently with confidence and accountability
Coachable mindset with a willingness to continuously improve
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong computer literacy
Must have a valid driver’s license
