Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with the starting rate determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.

What You’ll Do:

Follow our Safety for Life policies
Apply waterproofing, air barrier, and crack injection products
Work on lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
Help out with general labor tasks

What You Need:

Strong Work Ethic: Punctual and reliable.
Communication Skills: Good communication and listening skills.
Team Player: Willingness to be an effective team member.

Be at least 21 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Virginia Driver’s License with a good driving record
Willing to take a Drug Test
