Position Summary
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, team performance, and adherence to luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and culinary team 
• Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation 
• Train and mentor culinary team members 
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control 
• Uphold Forbes-level culinary and service standards
