This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool deck during the upcoming busy season. This role will be responsible for the following tasks. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including restrooms, changing rooms, and surrounding areas. Set up and break down poolside amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, and tables. Assist members and guests with their needs, including providing towels and beverages. Monitor pool area for safety hazards and enforce club rules and regulations. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, guests, and coworkers.     Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
