Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers to support seniors in Brookfield, West Brookfield, North Brookfield, Leicester, Spencer, and surrounding communities.

If you enjoy helping people and want work that makes a real difference, join our team providing non-medical in-home care. You'll help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. Full-time hours are available.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support based on each client's needs, including:

• Offer companionship, conversation, and social support

• Assist clients with daily routines and household tasks

• Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping

• Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization

• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

• Encourage client independence while providing dependable support

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, organized, patient, and compassionate

• Ability to work independently in clients' homes

• Prior caregiving, homemaker, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to travel between nearby client locations as needed
