Our site in Chaska is seeking an Operations Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the production supervisors, manufacturing managers, site director, and other operations leaders. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, technical proficiency, communication, and professionalism. Â

What You’ll Do:Â
Primary duties are to support plant supervisors, assisting with administrative duties, supporting the onboarding of new hires, and ensuring smooth operations across operations departmentsÂ
Ordering miscellaneous supplies for supervisors, managers, and EHS teamÂ
Cascading communications from managers, EHS, HR, etc. to employees via email, communications boards, Enplug system, flyer creationÂ
Scheduling meetings, trainings, events, and coordinating the ordering of food for these gatheringsÂ
Performing basic clerical duties, file maintenance, copying and editing documents, spreadsheet creation, coordinating business/travel arrangementsÂ
Occasionally assist supervisor and managers with employee related documentsÂ
Assist with closing work orders when neededÂ
Complete miscellaneous tasks as assignedÂ

What We Seek:Â
2+ years previous experience in an administrative capacityÂ
High School Diploma or GED required Â
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audienceÂ
Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals Â
Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance, both on a team and individuallyÂ
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Â

Physical Requirements:Â
Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsÂ
Can perform repetitive hand movements due to frequent keyboard useÂ
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)—such as safety glasses, hearing protection and/or steel‑toe footwear as needed when working on production floorÂ

Compensation: $26-30 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
