Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Chosen Valley Care Center - Chatfield, MN

Pay: $33 to $45 per hour

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
