Your day-to-day will include: Performing daily cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks Coordinating inbound shipments from vendors and intercompany transfers Receiving and unloading materials, maintaining organization and stock levels Accurately entering data into our system to support operational efficiency Maintain yard layout, cleanliness, and organization Supporting production with timely and accurate inventory availability QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role. - Experience in using inventory management software and systems. - Proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels efficiently. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong analytical skills to assess inventory data and make informed decisions. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory counts and record-keeping. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting. - Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and optimize processes. #INDHP
