- Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
- Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
- Generate return clientele by excellent service and suggesting memberships as part of a treatment plan.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.Â

Team Member Essentials:
- An active CAMTC
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
- Expert skill in Swedish Massage.
- Interest in hot and salt stone massage, cupping, Theragun and use of CBDÂ
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Oncology and Deep Tissue)Â Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
Compensation is a base rate per massage, substantial upgrade commission opportunity, hourly rate when not in service and all tips.
