 Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

 Location: On-site | Signal Mountain Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405

⏰ Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-call rotation required)

✅ Requirements: 4+ years professional carpentry experience; Valid Driver’s License; 18+ years old, must pass a background check and drug scree

What You’ll Do As a Carpenter (also known as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or Handyman), you are the expert keeping our client’s site in top shape. 

• Construction: Use your skills as a Carpenter to build and repair cabinets, doors, and frameworks.
• Maintenance: Act as our go-to Facilities Maintenance Technician by checking siding, tile, and glass for needed repairs. 
• Finishing: Handle sanding, painting, and surface prep to keep the site looking professional.
• Expert Repairs: Use your Handyman skills to maintain entry/exit doors and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring To The Team

• 4+ years of professional carpentry or facility maintenance experience.
• Expertise with power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders/scaffolding.
• A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• A great attitude and willingness to join our on-call rotation.
