Our trained professionals work diligently every summer planning for each new school year to ensure that our students not only get quality instruction but have extra-curricular activities available to inspire and motivate them to persevere in their quest to excellence.

• Positive, student-focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Committed to high expectations and academic achievement for all students
• Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth
• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus
• Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

Compensation & Additional Info:

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
