Hardy Elementary is a PreK-5 school located in Chattanooga, TN.  Our students are passionate, bold, and intelligent and we are looking for excellent teachers to engage and challenge them.  Our students exude energy and perseverance. • Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
• Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
• Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
• Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

Compensation & Additional Info:

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
