Job DetailsJob Location: Head Quarters - Chattanooga, TN 37404Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $42,000.00 - $42,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: MorningJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesSummary:       Responsible for the management and supervision of staff and individuals in the assigned group homes.  Responsible for home visits and all documentation associated with those visits to meet all CQL, QA, and Licensure requirements. Oversee vital consents for the individuals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:             Implement both Agency and State policies and procedures             Proven organization skills             Ability to adhere to varying circumstances and work as a part of a team             Regular collaboration with the Case Management department             Ability to manage staff and problem solve             Train staff in all areas of the individual’s ISP during weekly home visits             Trains/Maintains continual staff training of aspects of Paycom as it applies to positions             Accompany individuals to medical appointments using personal vehicle as needed             Attendance at all ISP/COS/SIS meetings pertaining to individual caseload             Attendance at medical appointments as needed             Completing required unannounced visits in the group homes on a monthly basis             Completing required documentation for scheduled group home visits             Completing MAR checks with House Mangers             Completion of required medication cabinet checks in the homes             Assisting in staffing the homes when there is a need             Oversight of staff to ensure staff remain current on all required trainings             Ensure completion of corrections needed for daily notes             Required participation in 24/7 365 day 24 hour on call rotation               Cover shifts as needed.             Cover homes without a House Manager.             Other duties as assigned.     Physical Requirements:          Successful completion if the required physical examination by an approved Orange Grove Center physician              Special Requirements:             Obtain F Endorsement on existing valid Driver’s License             Obtain Medication Certification for Unlicensed Personnel             Obtain CPR/First Aid certification QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.  A minimum of five years’ administrative supervisory experience in the field of intellectual disabilities will receive consideration in lieu of a degree.
