Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and components (breakers, lighting, wiring) using professional-grade hand and power tools.

• System Diagnostics: Utilize advanced testing devices to identify malfunctions and calibrate systems to precise manufacturer specifications.

• Inspections & Oversight: Conduct regular building tours to proactively identify maintenance needs; coordinate with management and external contractors for large-scale projects.

• Safety & Compliance: Identify and fix safety hazards immediately; strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and utilize proper PPE.

• Technical Compliance: Interpret blueprints and complex technical diagrams to ensure all work strictly adheres to NEC, state, and local building regulations.

• Accurate Documentation: Systematically complete work orders and maintain detailed records of equipment (make/model/serial), labor hours, and materials used.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate/Associate degree in Electrical Technology OR completion of a formal apprenticeship program.

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in electrical installation and industrial/commercial troubleshooting.

• Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical installation manuals.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments.

Safety & Compliance: * Must be 18+ years of age.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs

• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
