Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager Leads engineering resources in a high-performance, polymer extrusion facility. This dynamic leader ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes. As a key position within the Plant Management Team, they will drive innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration. This includes leading a team of engineers, process technicians, tool room team members, and maintenance technicians while facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Quality, R&D, Production, Corporate Engineering, and Operational Excellence, and serving as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem-solving complex manufacturing issues.Â
