About the Role

As a Production Department Supervisor, you will lead one of our core digitization areas and play a key role in driving daily performance across quality, efficiency, and output. This role blends people leadership with operational problem-solving. You will be responsible for developing a high-performing team, removing obstacles to success, and ensuring your area consistently meets production goals.

You will partner closely with the Production Director and cross-functional leaders to ensure work is queued correctly, supplies are available, and customer commitments are met. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance within your assigned production area to consistently meet or exceed operational goals
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of up to 20 or more Digitizing Technicians
  • Ensure targets are met across orders shipped, quality standards, processing time, queue size, returns, and data accuracy
  • Onboard, train, and coach team members to achieve quality and efficiency expectations
  • Ensure your team has the tools, supplies, and support needed to perform at a high level
    Identify operational roadblocks, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Partner with the Production Director to ensure work is queued appropriately and priorities are clear
    Approve the delivery of both customer orders and production supplies for your department
  • Set the standard for professionalism, reliability, accountability, and technical proficiency
  • Surface opportunities to improve both customer and employee experience in a timely and clear manner
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas to develop a full understanding of the digitization process
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and elevate service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations
