Overview:
The Senior Proposal Coordinator leads resume and project data efforts across departments, regions, or service lines to ensure proposal teams have access to accurate, well-structured, and strategically aligned qualifications content. This role serves as a key contact for technical staff, mentors junior team members, and maintains high standards for content quality and data accuracy across CRM and digital asset systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and refinement of resume and project data for priority pursuits or sectors.
• Conduct detailed interviews with technical staff to collect and clarify project roles and experience.
• Guide junior team members in effective data gathering, documentation, and formatting practices.
• Oversee data entry and accuracy in CRM and digital asset systems.
• Review existing content libraries to identify gaps, ensure consistency, and support strategic positioning.
• Collaborate with proposal and marketing teams to align content with pursuit strategy.
• Support standardization of templates, formatting guidelines, and data practices across the team.
• Recommend enhancements to internal workflows or tools based on evolving proposal needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Communications, Marketing, English, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination, qualifications content, or related roles.
• Expertise in interviewing subject matter experts and translating technical input into polished, professional content.
• Proficiency in CRM and digital asset platforms.
• Familiarity with public-sector RFQ processes and qualifications-driven proposal workflows.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and team communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead content initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.
