Job Summary Support individuals to achieve their deserved quality of life and ensure optimal health and safety, by providing prescribed support and supervision.   Job Responsibilities Ø Motivate team members and set goals Ø Resolve any issues or conflicts with team or individuals Ø Support and assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities Ø Assist with keeping the environment clean and neat Ø Monitor performance of members Ø Communicate respectfully toward supervisor and staff, family members and individuals. Ø Other duties as assigned QualificationsEducational Requirements, Skills and Job Qualifications Ø High School diploma, GED, required. Ø A valid Driver's License with an "F"endorsement. Ø Basic computer skills Ø Successful completion of Medication Administration course (optional)
