Job Responsibilities Ø Motivate team members and set goals Ø Resolve any issues or conflicts with team or individuals Ø Support and assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities Ø Assist with keeping the environment clean and neat Ø Monitor performance of members Ø Communicate respectfully toward supervisor and staff, family members and individuals. Ø Other duties as assigned QualificationsEducational Requirements, Skills and Job Qualifications Ø High School diploma, GED, required. Ø A valid Driver's License with an "F"endorsement.
