Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members and clients in each session.

- Adhere to Fitness Central group fitness training standards and procedures.

- Continuously monitor the exercise/movement intensity of your client(s) throughout your class.

- Report to your class a minimum of 15 minutes before session start to ensure everything is set up properly.

- Begin and end each class on time.

- Execute your class on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum.

- Communicate with the General Manager on member feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing.

- Ensure the equipment that was used is put away, sanitized and properly stored.


Knowledge & Qualifications

- Instructors must have a current training certification.

- Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.

- Must be well-versed in basic anatomy and kinesiology.

- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
