Responsibilities
路 Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
路 Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, thermostats, and electrical components.
路 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.
路 Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
路 Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
路 Collaborate with other technicians as needed for complex projects.
Required Skills
路 Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites safely.
路 Knowledge of HVAC design principles is beneficial.
路 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
路 Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience
5+ years HVAC experience required
