Supervisory Capacity: Â Â Â Â Â Â Direct Reports: Â 16-20
- Ensure that the inventory and reliability of materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and ShipmentsÂ
- Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the PEPS system (first entries, first departures)
- Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.Â
- Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.
- Participate in annual inventory.
- Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.Â
- Update of stock level for Material coordinators.
- Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.Â
- Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection.
Required Education Level: Â Â Â High School Graduate or Equivalent
Area of Study:Â Â Â General Studies/Supply Chain Management or similar
*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
- 1 -3 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previous experience supervising people.
- 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
- Able to pass forklift certification testing.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft systems
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Experienced coaching employees (performance reviews/corrective actions)
- Counting/Basic math skills.
