At Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air, we believe great marketing tells a story, builds trust, and keeps our team and customers connected. We are looking for a creative, organized, and people-focused Marketing Assistant to help support and grow our brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, communication, content creation, and working with a fast-moving team. You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing and play an important role in both external and internal marketing efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and creating social media content
Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
Tracking campaign performance and engagement
Supporting internal communication and company branding
Working closely with technicians and office staff to keep marketing initiatives consistent
Assisting with creative projects, content ideas, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools
Someone who works well with people and enjoys collaboration
Previous work experience required
Marketing or communications experience is a plus
Associate degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field preferred
