About the Role: The Warehouse Specialist supports the day-to-day flow of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing materials, and preparing supplies for production teams. In this role, you’ll ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant, assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, and operate equipment as needed to keep materials moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team to support the overall success of field operations. What You’ll Do: Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and timely ordering of materials. Stage and prepare production materials for foremen to support daily job schedules. Promptly report discrepancies, shortages, and operational issues to the Warehouse Manager. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to all company safety and compliance standards. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA and company safety guidelines. Complete required safety inspections and equipment checklists before operating machinery. Properly label, handle, and store materials in compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking of incoming shipments. Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately.   QualificationsQualifications: Prior warehouse experience preferred. Warehouse safety and compliance knowledge preferred. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly, including overhead. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic math and computer proficiency. Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
