  • Promote and drive adoption of credit union products and services, with a focus on increasing penetration, generating funded accounts, and establishing direct deposit relationships
  • Track, manage, and report on all sales and relationship activity within CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, account plans, and performance against defined revenue and growth targets
  • Operate independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in a performance-driven environment, continuously refining approach based on results, partner feedback, and market insights
  • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may evolve as the Business Development department is established and scaled, with priorities adjusted based on organizational needs.

  • Demonstrated success owning the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, needs assessment, solution positioning, and closing/activation
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups and drive measurable outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a performance-based, commission-oriented environment
