$21.44-$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that.

About the Role
We are hiring Assemblers to build custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
This role includes reading prints, measuring materials, installing mechanical components, sealing assemblies, and using hand and power tools. Every unit is different, so attention to detail, problem-solving, and pride in your workmanship are essential.
We hire across multiple skill levels. Whether you are beginning a career in manufacturing or bring several years of skilled trades experience, your starting wage and responsibilities will be based on your demonstrated skills and experience.
This is a safety-sensitive position. Safe work practices and attention to detail are required at all times.
What You Will Do
• Read prints, measurements, and production instructions
• Measure accurately using a tape measure
• Install fans, doors, coils, walls, racks, roofs, and other HVAC components
• Assemble bases, subfloors, structural components, and equipment sections
• Apply caulking and sealant to interior and exterior surfaces
• Select and install the correct fasteners for each application
• Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and rigging safely
• Inspect your work and correct quality issues
• Troubleshoot assembly problems as your skills develop
• Perform welding when trained, qualified, and assigned
• Work with your team to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
• Able to read a tape measure or willing to learn
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to follow prints, visual aids, work instructions, and demonstrated processes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to learn new tasks, apply feedback, and adapt to production needs
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
Preferred Experience
• Manufacturing, construction, HVAC, fabrication, mechanical assembly, or other skilled labor experience
• Experience reading prints, drawings, or work instructions
• Experience assembling mechanical or structural components
• Welding experience
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for entry-level candidates who demonstrate mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
The Work
• On your feet most of the shift
• Regular lifting up to 15 lbs, frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and repetitive movement
• Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, production noise, chemicals, physical obstacles, and industrial equipment
• Required use of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, footwear, and other required safety equipment
