About the Role

We are hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator to support the cutting, bending, punching, and fabrication of sheet metal components used in custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

This role is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work with fabrication equipment, prints, measurements, and raw materials to help produce high-quality custom components.

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work safely around industrial equipment.

This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

What You Will Do

• Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears and related machinery
• Read prints and follow build instructions
• Measure and handle different material types and thicknesses
• Assist with bending, punching, cutting, and fabrication processes
• Use measuring tools and follow quality standards
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or production experience

The Work

• On your feet most of the shift
• Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive production work in a team environment
• Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise
