As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by evaluating physical conditions, designing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients toward improved mobility and function. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to support recovery and functional improvement
- Provide ongoing treatment and monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet clinical goals
- Communicate patient status, progress, and concerns to supervisors and multidisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and their families on follow-through programs to ensure continuity of care beyond clinical visits
- Train nursing staff on therapeutic techniques and care protocols to support consistent treatment delivery
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient care activities in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
- Manage patient scheduling and post charges daily to ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency
- Keep treatment equipment and work areas clean, organized, and in safe working condition
- Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and all applicable state and federal laws
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to compliance, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement
