JOB SUMMARY

Performs advanced skilled work in painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, and general facility finish maintenance across interior and exterior environments. This role requires strong technical proficiency in coating systems, application methods, substrate evaluation, and finish restoration to ensure durable, high quality results. The position supports property wide maintenance standards while upholding the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in alignment with the Code of Commitment and our Mission, Vision, and Values.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

•    Must be 21 years of age or older.
•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    Three years of experience in painting, drywall installation, and sheetrock repair are required.
•    Experience in wallpaper installation or related interior finishing work is preferred.
•    Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company driver eligibility requirements, including fewer than three moving violations and fewer than three accidents within the past three years, and no disqualifying driving-related incidents within the past three years, including suspension of driving privileges, DUI/DWI convictions, reckless driving convictions, two or more speeding violations exceeding 25 mph over the posted speed limit, or any citation for unlawful cell phone use while operating a vehicle.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.
•    Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene standards.
•    Proven ability to work independently while also demonstrating effective teamwork and collaboration.
•    Strong oral and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities.
•    Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast paced work environment.
•    Ability to stand for extended periods, perform frequent physical movements, lift up to 25 pounds, and respond to visual and auditory cues.
•    Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and work comfortably in environments with noise, crowds, and exposure to secondhand smoke.
